Why is this such a big problem? You have a boat, surely you can just move it and drop anchor anywhere. Then you won't even have to pay mooring fees. Or if you really want a marina mooring, just go to another one.

Surely the easiest thing to do is just sell your boat. It is probably worth a fortune, you could probably buy another flat for that money. Why don't you all just put your boats up for sale?
